WELCOME TO OUR WORLD
DESLONGCHAMPS RECOVERY is continually seeking exceptional, world-class professionals who are aligned with our mission: to help make the world a more compassionate, supportive place for individuals and families struggling with addiction and deeply ingrained personal patterns.
We are an equal opportunity organization offering competitive compensation. Selection is based on excellence—both professional and personal. We provide an all-inclusive global travel benefits package and, for select long-term collaborators, equity opportunities reflective of commitment, integrity, and impact.
At Deslongchamps Recovery, we assess potential team members first and foremost on the depth and quality of their life experience. While formal education is valued—and in certain roles required—it must be complemented by direct, lived experience with addiction. We firmly believe that addiction cannot be fully understood through academic study alone. True comprehension comes from having lived through its consequences, whether personally or through a close family member or loved one. This lived experience is a non-negotiable requirement for anyone working with Deslongchamps Recovery and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
We do not hire employees immediately. All professionals begin by working with us for a minimum of six months as independent contractors. Applicants must be self-employed and already operating at an established level of excellence within their field. Following this period, and after careful consideration by both parties, individuals may be offered the opportunity to transition into an employee role.
As a fully global service, all applicants must be willing and able to travel anywhere in the world to serve our clients. All travel-related expenses are, of course, fully covered by Deslongchamps Recovery.
Applicants are required to have a professional website or established online platform that clearly reflects their work, accomplishments, and expertise. We do not accept paper resumes. Our evaluation process focuses on demonstrated quality, contribution, and professional integrity as evidenced through one’s body of work.
We ask that all applicants take the necessary time to thoroughly familiarize themselves with our programs, services, and philosophy through our website prior to applying. It is essential that every prospective team member fully understands our approach. While we recognize that not every belief or perspective may align perfectly with your own, cohesion within our team is critical. Alignment ensures that we deliver a seamless, unified, and uncompromising recovery experience for our clients.
Our interview process consists of three steps. The first is the submission of your application. If we feel there is a strong alignment, we proceed to the second step—an online interview to review Deslongchamps Recovery in depth and explore your specific area of expertise. This stage allows both parties to determine mutual alignment. The final step focuses on clarifying details and next steps, with clear instructions provided in advance.
As is evident, Deslongchamps Recovery is not a conventional recovery service. We do not engage in mediocrity. We work exclusively with individuals who uphold exceptional standards of excellence. Our clients entrust us with their lives and their families, and we honor that trust by holding ourselves—and our team—to the highest possible standard.
We value every professional who contributes to our mission and treat our team with the same respect and care that we extend to our clients.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to connecting with those who are truly aligned with our vision.

Global Mobility Requirement
Deslongchamps Recovery is a fully mobile, international recovery program. All applicants must hold a valid passport, as team members travel regularly to support clients worldwide and, in many cases, travel directly alongside clients.
Alignment Is Essential
Before submitting an application, it is essential that you carefully review every section of our website. Our work requires complete alignment with our philosophy, standards, and mission. Applications submitted without a clear understanding of our program, values, and expectations will not be considered.
Language Proficiency
Language proficiency is critical.
Please list all languages in which you are fluently and professionally proficient. Many of our clients have limited English proficiency and require specialists who can communicate with clarity, confidence, and nuance throughout their recovery journey.
Only include languages in which you possess excellent, professional-level fluency—not partial, basic, or conversational ability.
Integrity & Transparency
Recovery is one of the most important and vulnerable journeys of a person’s life. We do not compromise on care, integrity, or honesty.
Do not overstate your qualifications. Be precise, transparent, and truthful in every aspect of your application.
Lived Experience
Finally—and most importantly—please share how addiction has directly impacted your life. Whether through personal experience, your family, or meaningful lived exposure, this insight is essential to the depth, empathy, and authenticity we require from every member of our team.
If you feel called to this work and meet these standards, we welcome your application.
