To our valued applicants, Welcome.
If you are here, you are considering more than a position.
You are considering alignment with a mission that was built with intention, discipline,
and profound respect for the human experience of recovery.
Please read this Agreement…
At Deslongchamps Recovery, our specialists are just as cherished as our clients. We hold our team to the highest standard not only because excellence is required — but because the work we do demands it. Your expertise, your integrity, your presence, and your emotional maturity matter deeply within our organization.
We do not view professionals as interchangeable.
We view them as entrusted stewards of healing.
Our Foundation:
We Love Our Clients Before We Meet Them
Deslongchamps Recovery was created for one reason: our clients.
Before we ever meet them, we hold a standard of care for them. We respect their courage. We understand the vulnerability required to seek help. We honor the trust they place in us — often during the most fragile chapter of their lives.
Anyone who works with us must share this orientation.
Our clients are not transactions.
They are not case numbers.
They are individuals and families whose lives have been profoundly affected by addiction.
We love them before we meet them — and we expect every professional representing Deslongchamps Recovery to do the same.
Our program operates at the highest level of:
Discretion
Personalization
Clinical depth
Structural integrity
It is essential that you fully understand who we are, how we serve, and what is required of every professional who joins our organization.
Please do not feel intimidated by the thorough nature of our application process. The depth of our questions reflects the depth of our responsibility. When a client entrusts us with their life, their family, and their healing, we do not take that lightly.
We are unwavering in protecting that trust.
After all, recovery is a journey, not a destination.
Our commitment to our clients does not end when a program concludes. We remain at their service for life, as long as they desire our presence and support.
That is the standard you are applying to uphold.
Before You Continue
Before proceeding with your application, we ask that you carefully review the information below.
Our Standard
Regardless of the role you are applying for, one truth remains constant:
Every individual who works directly with our clients is held to the same standard of excellence.
Whether you serve as a physician, psychologist, consultant, therapeutic coach, or operational support professional, your presence directly influences the healing environment we cultivate.
There is no hierarchy of human impact within our program.
Every interaction matters.
Every word matters.
Every boundary matters.
Every standard matters.
If you are applying for a privileged position within Deslongchamps Recovery, you are seeking alignment with a mission that demands:
Intellectual rigor
Emotional maturity
Clinical precision
Ethical strength
Sustained commitment to transformational outcomes
Who We Serve
Deslongchamps Recovery operates one of the world’s most exclusive, high-touch addiction recovery models.
Our work is:
Global
Mobile
Deeply personalized
We serve private individuals and families who require absolute discretion, clinical excellence, and measurable, lasting change.
Addiction affects entire family systems — emotionally, psychologically, and often financially. We address not only visible behaviors, but the underlying trauma, attachment wounds, conditioned survival responses, and systemic dynamics that sustain them.
We do not view addiction as a moral failing.
We understand it as a trauma-rooted adaptation — an attempt to regulate overwhelming emotional pain.
Because of this understanding, access to our clients is both a privilege and a profound responsibility.
In-Person, Immersive Care
During the intensive phase of our program, all contact is personalized and conducted in person.
We do not provide one-on-one intensive recovery services through video or phone calls. Our model is immersive and relational. The depth of transformation we pursue requires direct human connection, nervous system co-regulation, and a carefully structured healing environment.
After the intensive phase, support may continue in various forms — including in-person or remote engagement, depending on the client’s needs and preferences.
Our involvement does not end when the formal program concludes.
We remain in our clients’ lives as long as they want and need us.
Structured Safeguards & Same-Sex Clinical Model
Structure within our organization is not preference — it is protection.
One of our core safeguards is our same-sex team model:
Men work with men
Women work with women
Cross-sex intensive one-on-one clinical assignments are not permitted
This decision is grounded in established clinical literature addressing transference dynamics, attachment vulnerability, trauma bonding, and boundary integrity in early recovery.
Early stabilization requires clarity.
Safety requires structure.
Focus requires neutrality.
Our model is preventative, not reactive. We remove foreseeable vulnerabilities before they emerge — protecting both client and clinician while preserving the integrity of the therapeutic alliance.
As a seasoned professional, you understand that outcomes are influenced not only by technique, but by environment.
At Deslongchamps Recovery, the environment itself is clinically engineered.
Our Clinical Philosophy
Our integrated model includes:
Trauma processing
Nervous system regulation
Attachment repair
Cognitive restructuring
Belief transformation
Behavioral reconditioning
Family systems restoration
We move beyond symptom management.
We pursue root-cause resolution and identity-level transformation.
Healing occurs when the nervous system feels safe.
When shame dissolves.
When survival patterns are understood and rewired.
Every professional in our organization contributes to that safety.
What This Work Requires of You

Non-Negotiable Requirements
Lived Experience with Addiction
We assess potential team members first and foremost on the depth and quality of their lived experience.
Formal education is valued — and in many roles required — but it must be complemented by lived experience with addiction, either personally or through a close family member or loved one.
Addiction cannot be fully understood through academic study alone.
This requirement will be explored respectfully during the interview process. There is no shame in lived experience — only strength, insight, and earned compassion.
Professional Excellence
You must:
Be an established professional operating at a high level
Be legally structured to work as an independent contractor
Demonstrate a proven record of leadership and integrity
Maintain a professional website or established online presence
We do not evaluate paper resumes alone. We evaluate demonstrated substance.
Global Mobility
You must:
Be willing and able to travel internationally without restriction
Demonstrate cultural intelligence and adaptability
Function optimally in dynamic, high-responsibility environments
All travel-related expenses are covered by Deslongchamps Recovery.
Engagement Structure
All professionals begin with a minimum six-month engagement as independent contractors. Following mutual evaluation, select individuals may transition into employee roles.
For long-term collaborators who demonstrate extraordinary alignment and measurable impact, equity opportunities may be extended.
We are an equal opportunity organization. Compensation is competitive and reflective of expertise, contribution, and excellence.
Cultural & Philosophical Alignment
Before applying, you are expected to thoroughly familiarize yourself with our programs, services, and philosophy.
Alignment matters.
Our clients experience a seamless, unified, uncompromising standard of care. Every professional representing Deslongchamps Recovery must embody that standard.
We do not engage in mediocrity.
We do not compromise discretion.
We do not dilute excellence.
Our Interview Process
Our selection process consists of three stages:
Application Submission
Comprehensive evaluation of background, lived experience, and alignment.
In-Depth Online Interview
Structured exploration of expertise, lived wisdom, and compatibility with our clinical model.
Final Clarification & Onboarding Preparation
Detailed expectations and structured guidance.
Due to the nature of our clientele and international operations, only applicants who meet strict qualifications will advance.
Our Commitment to You
We extend the same respect, professionalism, and care to our team that we offer our clients.
You are not interchangeable here.
If you are a refined, purpose-driven professional with lived wisdom, clinical strength, emotional maturity, and the capacity to operate at the highest global standard, we welcome your application.
Healing is possible.
Safety is possible.
A healthier future is possible.
And it begins with the right team.
