Our Services go above and beyond what is expected of us by any standards.  We truly cherish each client like our own Family.  We are the only family treatment center in the world, we specialize in family healing.

One on one unlimited Individualized, Marital and Family counselling.  We do not have a time limit on our counseling services, we take as long as necessary to ensure that each client’s needs are met and that they are well on their way to a successful future, individually and as a family unit.

Custom made treatment plans one client at a time which are built by spending lots of personal time with each client and their family.  One treatment plan doesn’t work for every client, everyone is unique and reacts to situations differently.  Every family member will benefit from custom made personalized therapy that addresses their specific needs as individuals and as a family.

Personal Life Coaches when the family comes to us for help, we make sure that every family member has plenty of individualized Life Coaching.  We have one Life Coach who spends the necessary amount of time with the heads of the family and a Child Life Coach that is available 24/7 for the children in the family.  They are extremely supportive people, highly trained and experienced in the harmful effects on families that addiction brings.  The life coaches can stay with the family in the space if they prefer or they can go to another location close by to spend their nights, the choice is completely up to each family, whatever they want.  However the family’s coaches are available 24/7 to each member.

Confidentiality and Privacy is taken very seriously by us.  All of our staff are bound by law by client privacy privilege. They are sworn to not ever speak about our clients outside of our program. Because of who some of our clients are, we know how important it is that their personal lives be kept private.  Including the fact that they came to us for healing in the first place.
We have a private specialized billing system where we use numeric processes to ensure nothing is ever mentioned about therapy, rehab or treatment on any credit cards, bank statements etc.

We are also the only mobile treatment center in the world.  We have chosen to not have a specific location for our program for a few reasons. One being the confidential factor, we do not wish any of our clients to be seen entering, leaving or being brought to a known facility.  Regardless of how discrete a treatment center is, when it is at specific locations, those locations get known after a while, we simply cannot take that chance.  As well as to guarantee the privacy of our clients we cannot have other families in the space at the same time.
 Having our services available in random locations around the world also eliminates any chance of waiting times for our clients to be able to come into treatment.  We are aware of the current situation with waiting lists to get into treatment for individuals alone.  We specialize in family healing so sometimes a family has 3 people, sometimes they have 8 people.  We cannot ensure a space available with that situation, so we thought of a solution that fits our needs and the families we help.

Vacation Theme Family Healing Vacations, because we offer our services anywhere in the world, in any setting.  Each family chooses where they want to go during their program.  If a family chooses to ski during their treatment, they are welcome to let us know and we will provide them with virtual tours of the options we have for them to choose from and do their treatment in Switzerland.  The same goes for Mexico, Spain, Greece, The Rocky Mountains, Hawaii, anywhere in the world, in any theme package of their choice.  Please check for updates on our COVID-19 page regarding travel restrictions.

Personalized service. We pick our clients up at their homes and bring them to where they have chosen to go for their stay.  We also bring them back home afterwards.

Every family is fully equipped with their own private chef, housekeeping, butler, chauffeur, as well as a full spa staff at their disposal and convenience.

Business Centers.  Every space is fully equipped with a fully functioning business center for our clients who need to stay in touch with the business world.

After Care Program. Our aftercare program is the best in the world.  We go home with our clients for as long as they want us to and we stay with them as long as they need us to.  We do not put a time limit on any of our services.  Some treatment programs have a short aftercare program, our aftercare is unlimited.     Our only objective is to guide each family into the greatest version of themselves, regardless of the amount of time it takes.
