Frequently Asked Questions
Many people come into recovery hoping for a quick fix. We understand that—the pain and destruction caused by addiction has gone on long enough. People are exhausted and want the nightmare to end.
We believe in being honest. True, lasting recovery takes time.
While it may take only a moment to stop using substances or engaging in addictive behaviors, healing the reasons behind the addiction takes longer. Recovery also involves repairing relationships, rebuilding trust, and learning new ways of living. We are talking about real recovery—one that lasts.
We are not a quick band-aid solution. Our program is designed to take the appropriate amount of time needed to ensure addiction does not continue to show up throughout your life. This program is not for everyone—it is for those who have had enough and are willing to do the work required to build a happy life in recovery.
The good news is that positive changes begin quickly. Clients often start feeling better about themselves and their lives right away, and that improvement continues as the work deepens.
Program Lengths (General Guidelines)
Our programs are personalized, so length depends on each client’s history, needs, and goals. Below are typical timeframes to give you a general idea.
Detoxification Program
- 5 to 45 days, depending on substances used and individual circumstances
- Average: 10–20 days
- Some clients do not need detox and choose a 5-day relaxation and preparation phase before therapy begins
Solutions Program
Option 1: Healing Vacation (Away from Home)
- 30 days of intensive therapy on location
- Followed by 30–60 days continued support after returning home
- Clients may stay longer if desired
- 60 days of full-time (9 hours/day) work provides an especially strong foundation
- Longer stays are often more effective due to the intensity, focus, and separation from daily distractions
Option 2: At-Home Solutions Program
- 3 to 6 months, depending on the client
- We recommend 6 months when done at home, as therapy is part-time
- Sessions are scheduled around work and life responsibilities
- Clients commit to making therapy a priority
Clients may choose whichever option best fits their life.
Recovery Program
- No fixed time limit
- Typically 2–3 months, but fully individualized
- Completed at home while reintegrating into daily life
- Focuses on building new routines, behaviors, activities, and a sustainable way of living
A Final Note
Everyone arrives here from a different place. Addictions vary in type, duration, and intensity, so recovery must be tailored to the individual. We walk our clients through every step—emotionally, mentally, and practically—helping them build a life that no longer requires addiction.
This is your life. As far as we know, you only get one. We are here to help you make the most of it.
We recommend a recovery commitment of anywhere from three months to one year, depending on the individual and the amount of effort they invest in their program. When clients are able to step away for the Solutions phase—our intensive therapy component—they truly beat the clock and place themselves ahead of the curve. That said, a six-month program provides an excellent foundation to build lasting recovery. Anything less than three months may not be sufficient to withstand life’s pressures and the many changes that come with sobriety. We’re not saying it’s impossible—but it’s not a risk we’re willing to recommend.
Relapse is always a possibility when a recovery foundation isn’t solid enough. While relapse can sometimes serve as a learning experience, it can also be deadly. Our goal is for clients to be finished with the nightmare of addiction—not stuck in an ongoing struggle. That’s why we take the time necessary to do this work right, leaving no stone unturned and no trauma unaddressed.
We break our program into **three distinct phases—Detoxification, Solutions, and Recovery—**because true recovery is a process, not a one-size-fits-all event. Each phase serves a specific purpose and allows clients to move through recovery in a structured, supportive, and manageable way.
Our program is in-depth and requires patience, determination, motivation, and a genuine desire to change. By breaking recovery into phases, we make the journey less overwhelming and ensure that every critical step is addressed. Each phase builds upon the previous one, creating a strong foundation for lasting change.
Not everyone enters recovery at the same place. Some clients need full detoxification support, others are ready to begin working on solutions immediately, and some have already stopped using substances and come to us seeking guidance on how to live a happy, fulfilled life in recovery. Our phased approach allows us to meet each client exactly where they are.
We take relapse seriously. Too often, people leave recovery programs only to relapse days later—usually because they return to everyday life without guidance or support. Through careful study, we’ve seen that many programs fail to address the root cause of addiction. Without understanding why the addiction began, the risk of relapse remains high.
Addiction itself is not the root problem—it is a symptom. It is often a coping mechanism used to escape emotional pain, pressure, or unresolved trauma. If those underlying issues are not treated and replaced with healthy coping strategies, relapse becomes likely.
We know many people are searching for a quick and easy solution, but we refuse to be dishonest. We would rather close our doors than sell a short-term program that gives false hope and leads to relapse. Recovery is serious work, and lasting change requires time and commitment.
Our promise is to provide an honest, thorough, and effective program—one that focuses on long-term success, not quick fixes. We intentionally work with fewer clients so we can provide individualized care, real guidance, and meaningful support.
Recovery done properly takes time, but with a strong foundation and the help of our specialists, clients begin to feel better every step of the way. No one is left to face recovery alone. Our coaches are present throughout the entire journey—motivating, educating, and explaining what clients are experiencing and why. By helping clients understand how their brains work and what drives their behaviors, we empower them to succeed and build a truly happy future.
Our program is designed as a fully bespoke, white-glove experience—crafted entirely around you.
Vacation Healing
With our Vacation Healing option, clients may choose to travel anywhere in the world with our private team. We maintain access to discreet, luxury residences and partner facilities across the globe, allowing you to heal in an environment that reflects your personal tastes and lifestyle.
If you envision therapy aboard a private yacht, we arrange it. If you prefer the privacy and serenity of the Rocky Mountains, we curate a secluded retreat. For clients who love skiing, Switzerland is an option. From coastal escapes to alpine hideaways, every detail—travel, accommodations, privacy, and scheduling—is handled seamlessly by our concierge team.
We bring together elite specialists from around the world, assembling a hand-selected team uniquely suited to you. Our program is strictly one-client-at-a-time. You will never encounter another client. Each journey is entirely private, exclusive, and designed solely around your needs.
At-Home Therapy
For clients who cannot step away from daily responsibilities, we offer the same level of care in the comfort of your own home. Our specialists travel to you—anywhere in the world—delivering a fully immersive, concierge-level therapeutic experience without disruption to your life.
A Hybrid Experience
Many clients choose a blended approach, moving between private travel and home-based care. You may begin a phase in a destination setting, then transition home—or vice versa. Wherever you go, we go with you. The experience adapts fluidly to your life.
The Experience of Recovery
Recovery is not merely treatment—it is a profound, life-defining journey. It is an investment in self-mastery, personal responsibility, and transformation. When done properly, recovery is elegant in its depth and powerful in its results. Each day, the layers of the old self fall away, revealing a stronger, self-reliant version of you.
True recovery is not for the passive. It is for those with the courage to look inward and choose change. Those who walk through this process often emerge with clarity, strength, and a sense of purpose that allows them to impact the world in meaningful ways.
While the journey may be demanding, it is extraordinary—and worth every step. We are honored to walk beside you, providing uncompromising care, absolute discretion, and an experience defined by excellence.
Absolutely. Choosing to begin with our Detoxification Program alone is not only possible—it is a powerful and meaningful first step, and we would be truly honored to support you through it.
Our detox experience is designed to feel more like a private wellness retreat than a conventional program. From the moment you arrive, every detail is curated for comfort, restoration, and peace. Daily therapeutic massages, infrared sauna sessions, heated pools, and tranquil hot tubs are all part of your journey—available whenever you need them—to allow your body and nervous system to fully relax and reset.
Medically, your care is overseen with the highest level of professionalism. Our licensed medical doctors closely monitor your physical wellbeing throughout the detox process, supported by experienced recovery coaches who remain by your side. Each client receives a comprehensive medical evaluation, ensuring that any underlying concerns are identified and addressed with precision and care. Your health and safety are never left to chance.
What truly sets our program apart is our advanced brain monitoring and mapping. At every stage, we assess your brain activity and provide you with a detailed brain scan, allowing you to literally see your progress. This integrative approach bridges modern neuroscience with holistic healing, giving you clarity, insight, and confidence from the very beginning.
Nourishment is equally intentional. Our vitamin and supplementation protocols are carefully designed, and all meals are crafted with premium, nutrient-dense ingredients to support detoxification at a cellular level.
Spiritually, the experience is yours to shape. Some clients choose to invite Buddhist monks or other spiritual practitioners to perform healing ceremonies, meditation, or energy work. These offerings are entirely optional, yet deeply meaningful for those seeking a more sacred, soul-centered dimension to their healing. We honor all paths and beliefs.
Our philosophy is rooted in natural therapy. We do not administer medication—our focus is on restoring balance through medical oversight, advanced diagnostics, holistic practices, and deep, personalized care.
You are safe here. You are supported here. And from the very start, everything we do is designed to help you succeed—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Yes. Not everyone who comes to us has completed—or needs—our Detoxification Program. If you choose not to detox with us, we simply ask that you have been free from your addiction for at least seven days, as a clear and stable mindset is essential to fully benefit from the program.
While we strongly recommend ongoing guidance after therapy, participation in the recovery portion of the program is optional, not required. Many clients choose to continue, but it is never pushed or mandatory.
Our Solutions Program is a deep, focused exploration of the root causes of addiction. We work to heal the underlying issues and begin replacing them with healthy beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that support lasting change.
Yes, you can—provided you have already stopped your addictions.
If you found a solution through another source or program, that’s perfectly fine. We do require that you have been free from addictive behaviors for at least 3 months before starting this portion of our program, and that you have already participated in some form of therapy, regardless of where it was completed.
We set these requirements to ensure your foundation for recovery is strong. If the root causes of addiction have not been addressed, this part of the program will not be effective in the long term. True recovery requires healing—not just abstinence.
Many people are able to quit their addictions on their own or through short-term programs. What we often see, however, is that while they may stop the behavior, they are not truly happy. Some relapse years later, while others transfer their addiction into a different form.
Our purpose is not simply to help clients stop their addictions, but to guide them toward lasting success and genuine happiness.
The Recovery portion of our program—learn more on our website—is completed at the client’s residence. Its purpose is to help clients reintegrate into everyday life, develop healthy routines, and learn how to live happily after addiction by replacing old habits with new, sustainable ones.
Our program is positioned at the high end of the market—deliberately so. While we are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive in the world, our fees reflect an uncompromising standard of excellence, discretion, and long-term results. We have meticulously evaluated more than 200 rehabilitation and recovery programs worldwide, and our services were designed to exceed them in every meaningful way.
This is a bespoke, luxury experience. Every client receives fully personalized, one-on-one care—never group therapy—delivered in an elegant, private, and highly curated environment. We take the time required for true transformation, with no shortcuts and no rigid timelines. Our commitment does not end at discharge; we remain at our clients’ service for life, extending our support to their families and future generations should they ever need us. We build enduring, meaningful relationships founded on trust, discretion, and excellence.
Our pricing reflects value and positioning. We offer an exceptionally high-touch, prestigious service delivered by a world-class, hand-selected team of specialists drawn from across the globe. Our teams of specialists are just as unique as the programs we offer. Each individual has been carefully and intentionally selected after extensive consideration. They come from all over the world, and we have put the same level of thought into choosing our specialists as we did into designing our programs.
Every specialist who works with our clients has completed a rigorous three-part intensive interview conducted directly by the founders of Deslongchamps Recovery. The founders remain actively involved in overseeing every area of the program, ensuring that each function maintains the quality, integrity, and vision upon which Deslongchamps Recovery was built.
Our specialists are true experts in their fields, with both professional training and firsthand experience. Each has personally faced the devastation addiction can cause, worked through their own challenges, and made the conscious decision to formally educate themselves in the field of addiction. This allows them to understand addiction from both a clinical and deeply personal perspective. We do not work with specialists who lack personal experience with addiction, as we firmly believe that true understanding cannot be learned from books alone.
We have searched diligently and carefully to find the right people to support our clients. We also recognize that cultural and ethnic backgrounds can be important to an individual’s sense of comfort and trust. For this reason, we take client preferences into account during the intake process. Our intention is never rooted in discrimination or exclusion, but rather in creating an environment where each client feels safe, understood, and fully supported throughout their recovery journey.
We understand that committing to a recovery program is a big decision, and we want you to feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
Once we’ve confirmed your start dates and completed the arrangements for your personalized program, refunds depend on how close you are to beginning treatment. If your recovery start date is not imminent, we’re happy to review the possibility of a partial refund.
Because our service is highly individualized, we carefully build a dedicated team of specialists around your specific needs and preferences. We also secure travel arrangements and accommodations tailored just for you. For this reason, many costs are paid upfront and resources are reserved exclusively on your behalf.
Here’s how our refund policy works:
- 60 days’ notice before your start date allows for a full refund, excluding administration fees.
- 30 days’ notice may qualify for a partial refund, minus any administration fees and third-party cancellation charges.
- Less than 15 days before your therapy begins, refunds are unfortunately not available, as staff and services have already been fully booked for you.
Please note that once payment is made, administration fees are non-refundable.
Before accepting any payment, we’ll take the time to walk you through all of this carefully and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is never to rush you — we want you to feel fully ready, informed, and confident when you choose to begin your recovery journey.
Yes—you can start right away, or you may reserve a future date and time that works better for you.
Before starting, we’ll review some important information with you to make sure you understand our programs, the overall process, and to answer any questions you may have. We do ask that you first review the Q&A section on our website. If you still have questions afterward, please feel free to contact us.
You can reach us by phone or by messaging—whichever you’re most comfortable with. Some people prefer not to use the phone, and we’re completely fine communicating through messages.
You may choose to contact us at a later date, or begin seriously exploring your recovery options right away. We take things step by step, at your pace.
If you contact us and wish to begin therapy immediately, we’ll first make sure you’re familiar with our program and website. Once that’s done, we’re ready to move forward and begin building your personalized recovery program right away.
After we’ve created the right recovery package with you and you’ve confirmed it with payment, your program will be secured and ready to start on the date you choose. Your recovery package and pricing are valid for 30 days from the date you receive them. If you book within that 30-day window, the price will not change. After 30 days, pricing may adjust based on seasonal travel and accommodation changes.
If you are in a situation where you need to enter the program today, we will not refuse you. We can either pick you up or make the necessary arrangements for you to begin your program wherever you choose. Please note that we are a global mobile program—we either travel to our clients’ location, or clients may choose a destination anywhere in the world.
In urgent, same-day situations, the first two days will be used to complete the intake process, arrange any necessary travel, and assemble your personalized care team. Even with a last-minute decision, you will be supported and in good hands from the very start.
Contact us—we’re happy to communicate with you.
We have a great coaches service that anyone can access. You do not need to be a client. However, we specialize in recovery so we only offer our services to those in recovery.
Even if you didn’t go through our program that is not a concern, we support recovery anyway we can. We have Childrens Coaches, Sober Coaches, Marriage and Family Coaches as well as amazing Life Coaches. Just write to us or give us a call, and we will be happy to help you anyway we can.
If you simply want some companionship that is ok as well. We have some clients who come to us for a recovery coach that stay with them for a week or 2, others stay longer or shorter. Let us know what it is you need and we will see what we can do.
This question is better asked when focused on what not to bring. No alcohol or drugs of course.
Most of our clients will need to stay in touch with the world for business purposes, so they bring their laptops, cell phones. We do ask that if your addiction is social media or video games that your devices are not used for those purposes. And to keep their uses to strictly business.
We want you to be as comfortable as possible, so bring whatever that requires for you. Comfortable clothes, favorite pillows, personal items.
Yes, even your pets if you have them. We also allow your family to come with you if you choose, children are welcomed as well, we have the best children’s coaches in the world, who can spend quality time with your kids while you get yourself better. Our family coaches will do wonders with your children.
Yes, you can, with the agreement for them to go through their own individualized program as well at the same time as you do. You will need to be working on yourself completely during this time. If and when possible we encourage all family members to get away on a Family Healing Vacation therapy trip with you. If it is possible.
If your family not getting away with you is possible, perhaps you can consider your family benefiting from having their own therapy program at home while you are away in your program. The choice is yours.
We specialize in family recovery, so we’ll go over every way we can see fit to get your family the healing therapy that they need as well. Some of our clients go through the program alone and their family joins them in the recovery portion of the program later on.
We strongly advise you not to leave out your family in therapy, they suffered with you through your addictions. We will go over all options with you.
We will ask you this question right from the beginning. We do not allow anyone in the program who is on pain medication of any kind, methadone, or any mind altering medications.
If you are on these medications, you can still go through our detoxification program, but not the rest of the program while on mind altering medications.
We have an amazing detoxification program for anyone who is wanting to completely stop all medications.
We are an addiction recovery program, we accept clients who are addicted to tobacco and who wish to overcome their addictions. However, we work with our clients on stopping their addiction to tobacco products. We are open to working on one addiction at a time.
Our take on eliminating addictions is if you have more than one addiction to overcome, we prioritize them, working on the most destructive addictions first and working our way down the list. We do this because we do not want you to stay in your devastating addictions because you smoke cigarettes.
Our goal is to completely eliminate all harmful addictions, but let’s be honest, when someone is engaged to cocaine, heroin, meth, ecstasy, speed, it takes priority over tobacco, only because of the severity of the consequences of each individualized substance.
We do not minimise addictions to tobacco products in any way, they are a slower death. However, we work it out with you, and get you to a place of safety and healing first, then we can have a look at the slower damaging addictions that you may have left.
If you are addicted to tobacco products, but have other addictions that are immediately life threatening, we have to do what is necessary to rid you of the immediately life threatening addictions first, some are able to do it at the same time, others are not. We will incorporate education about tobacco into your therapy program, for you to become aware as you go. We are right there with you anyway so we can keep updating your situation.
We have clients who come to us specifically for their tobacco addictions and want to get rid of them, but who have no other addictions.
Each client has unlimited sessions with our Psychologists and counsellors as well as all of our coaches, who are exclusive to each client while in our program. There are no other clients who will have access to their time while our clients are in our program. So, they have more than enough time with each professional getting to the root of the problem.
The main program consists of the list on our programs page on our website you can have a look. The programs are taught on gradient levels, meaning each client starts at their level of comfort and understanding on each topic and gradually works their way up into a deeper understanding. The programs are used to educate our clients on themselves, their world, their universe and their reality. Knowledge is used to re-create themselves.
The therapies are where we actually pick and choose individual ones that fit each client’s needs for their specific situations. Therapies are used to learn new behaviors and replace the old ones.
We build our unique team of specialists around our clients, who they are, what is important to them, and what they need specifically. All of our professionals have been hand chosen from hundreds of applicants.
Every recovery program is different, so we can only speak for our program. It doesn’t matter if you choose to go away or do your therapy at home or a little of both, you are in good hands.
We understand addiction and the recovery process because we have been there in our personal lives as well, we know change and letting go of addiction can be scary to some, it has been such a huge part of who you are and your everyday life.
Our program is designed to pamper you while you go through this huge event and we celebrate with you. Our program is subtle at first, getting you uncharged from the static of life. We ease you into a comfortable place where you are ready to start exploring your inner world.
Because of our level of expertise, you will start to feel better as soon as you settle in. Recovery is an up and down process, sometimes you will cry, other times you will laugh.
We do not discriminate, we are at the service of humankind. We build your team around your personal preferences. We do ask about sexual preferences, and gender questions in our application process, for the sole reason of building your team of specialists.
We want everyone to be accepted and comfortable.
We will ask if you have had the vaccine in our medical process, for the purpose of being aware if side effects occur. However we accept non vaccinated clients as well. We believe it is a personal choice to get vaccinated or not, and we do not get involved with pressuring our clients into submission.
We are not a group therapy environment, however we have everyone tested for COVID 19 before starting the program anyway, that includes our team of specialists. We still take the necessary precautions to protect everyone.
We created this program to help the world overcome their addictions and live great lives. We looked at group therapy and strongly decided against it.
There are several reasons we do not do group therapy with non-family members. Group therapy for our type of service is not recommended. Recovery is such a personal, private journey, that we want to surround you with a space of secure, safe, privacy. Group therapy cannot ensure complete privacy to our clients. And we have promised that nobody will know from us that you were in Recovery.
It also takes away time that each client needs spent on them. Most people do not open up quickly in a group of strangers when discussing such personal experiences. Our clients need that privacy to go through their emotions and seriously dig into themselves in privacy.
We also find that when going through personal changes and recovery, we are vulnerable, raw, and sometimes looking for comfort outside of ourselves. It is easy to get caught up in relationships in group therapy, good ones and bad ones, and that takes the focus off why you are there in the first place.
We know it is not a good experience being shoved into groups of people if some of them don’t see eye to eye, or just rub each other the wrong way, that takes the power out of recovery because the uncomfortable-ness absorbs all the focus.
Yes, one of the great things about our program is that we do not have one specific center that our clients go to.
One of our clients lived in Vancouver BC and chose to do a little healing vacation and get away from home for a week with us in The Rocky Mountains. Then they carried on their program at home in Vancouver. We go wherever our clients do.
We had some clients who lived in Manhattan, they were a very busy family, they couldn’t get away during the weekdays to do the program. During the weekdays we worked with them in their home around their schedules, and on the weekends spent the time with them in the country, in one of our accommodations, which was only a 2 hour drive from their home, it worked out wonderfully and was really nice. We did that throughout their program. We say them because it was a couple and their 3 children all going through the program.
Another client we had chosen to go away one week a month to do our program, the rest of the month was spent doing it in their private home. That client was in our program for 5 months.
We arrange all travel and accommodations wherever that may be. You are free to choose where in the world you wish to go through our program, we are a mobile recovery program, or you can choose to stay at home, we will come to you.
Yes. We encourage it. We all know that addiction affects the whole family, the whole family has suffered devastation as well. Some of our clients choose to have their family go through the complete program with them, they even go on The Family Healing Vacation program together, they all get an individualized tailor made program that is created specifically for their individual needs.
A lot of our clients go through the first two phases The Detoxification Program and The Solutions Program alone, then in The Recovery phase they bring in their family who go through therapy and recovery together there.
We are a family recovery solution, we are always about saving the family. It wasn’t just the addict who was or is affected, it is the ones who had to sit by helplessly watching someone they love self destruct through addictions who were left devastated too. They were traumatized as well, they were hurt and let down. They need therapy as well. If they don’t get the help that they need, they are heading down the same path of destruction as they get older, the signs start showing up. Often we do not see the signs in our children when they are younger. Please do not make the mistake of believing that it is only you who needs therapy, you may just live to regret it.
You call us immediately!
When you start our program we do an evaluation on you that focuses on areas that we need to work on together, including brain mapping and qEEG sessions. You will be given a copy of it as well, every week we will look at your progress and check off the areas we have addressed, worked on to eliminate and healed. We also do one last brain map before anyone leaves our program, to ensure that connections are being made and your brain is working great.
While you go through the program, you are given an evaluation every week on your progress. During the whole program we teach you the importance of maintaining yourself throughout the rest of your life.
There are only a few ways that you could relapse after our program if it is done properly, those are if you quit the program without completion, if you leave the program and stop working on your inner world, if you go home to a hostile family environment, or if a trauma happens. However, we are right there for you even after the program, it will then be solely up to you to reach out and ask us for help. We look at where you are at possible risk of relapse and we walk you through it. You will understand when you have reached forks on your road.
We have a great Relapse Prevention Program in our Recovery Program phase. Recovery is not something you do once then forget about it. No, we have to always maintain ourselves, we have to be stronger than the rest of the people on the planet and keep ourselves in check. As time goes by it gets easier, after all you are recreating ourselves completely and teaching ourselves how to be someone else. It takes time, it takes a commitment that no matter what you’re going to succeed, it requires focus and dedication, then one day you wake up and you are no longer your old self.
If you have gone through our complete program, The Solutions Program phase and The Recovery Program phase, not necessarily The Detoxification Program phase if not needed, then the chances of you relapsing are very slim.
We are a careful, thorough, in depth recovery program, we will educate you and walk you through the signs of relapse and warnings that you are going down a path that could possibly end in a relapse. We go through this very diligently with each of our clients. Not once but repeatedly. Learning about the signs of relapse is very important, so that you can notice the signs if they show up in your life.
By the time you finish our program you know exactly what makes you tick, you will know yourself very well. We understand relapse and why people go there again, so we have included a nice portion of our recovery program understanding what we can do that may possibly lead us into a relapse.
Everyone is different, everyone has different stuff to work through while in recovery, we build such close relationships with each client that we know where they are at every step of the way. Like we have said before, we do not just throw our clients out the door when they leave our program and tell them to use what they have learned while in our program. It’s not our style, and it’s wrong to do that.
We have a recovery program that is built to last, with recovery coaches and sober companions for you to use even after you have completed the program.
We will also add that our aftercare program is always available and is open to you for life. Don’t worry we will be checking on you.
We know the process of fitting back into your life after addiction, it takes a while before you know what to do, and to be careful not to isolate and become lonely. We go over this with you in depth, and we are also physically there for you as long as you need us to be.
We never say never however, we have not yet had a client relapse who has left our program and who has gone through our solid recovery program. Knock on wood.
We have a separate program for clients who have never gone through our program but who have gone through another recovery program and who have relapsed. It is a program for first time clients only because our clients are covered already on relapse prevention. But this specific program is for first time clients who have had some recovery program experience, but for whatever reasons they relapsed and returned to their addictions, or who have switched addictions. You can find out more about it on our website.
We cannot offer a guarantee because of the nature of our service, it is not solely dependent upon our services to succeed. It is also dependent upon the clients will to survive.
What we do offer is a lifetime of available services to each client. We work over and beyond for each client to succeed, and we are very much still in our clients lives even after they have left recovery. Our after care offers unlimited services to each of our clients for one year after they have left the program, if they need us we are there. So it puts the responsibility onto our clients to make their lives work. We will always do everything possible to help them.
Yes you can, however the complete amount of the program must be paid in full before you start. An example: if you want to go through the Solutions part of the program, you can just pay for that phase in order to begin it, but in order to continue to our Recovery Program phases you have to have that phase paid in full before you start, and this goes for the Detoxification Program as well. All programs must be paid in full before starting.
Call us to ask about medical insurances, they may cover partial costs. However be aware that insurances usually require low cost services. Call them and see.
We do not have waiting lists because we do not have just one center, we have the use of several beautiful private spaces around the world. And of course we also go wherever our clients are in their homes if that is what they want.
No clients see our other clients, it is a completely private experience, even our billing system is done through a numeric system so nobody in the world, not even credit card billing companies, know that our clients were in a recovery program.
What we do is when a client wishes to go away for their therapy, regardless of the amount of time, they tell us where they wish to go, we arrange it in their chosen lifestyle. We have the access to spaces around the world that we use. We give our clients a choice of accommodations in their chosen destination.
For example if you want to go to Hawaii to do either, both or partial of our Solutions or Detoxification Program phases then we will find you places in Hawaii in your chosen lifestyle, to choose from. If you have pets or family going with you, they are welcome too.
We offer accommodations in any lifestyle you choose.
If our clients go away for The Healing Vacation Program, then it is intensive therapy that goes 9 hours a day, longer if the client is up for it.
If our clients go through therapy at home, it is because they are too busy to get away, they do have to make their therapy a priority, so it can go anywhere from 4 hours a day to 6 hours a day. As you can see, it is less intensive, but it is still building a great foundation.
The advantages of doing therapy at home is that the family is with you adjusting gradually to the new changes, and you are ahead of the game by being in your everyday life and adjusting slowly to it as you change. The disadvantages are everyday distractions, and making the necessary time for your therapy program, and sticking by it.
The advantages of getting away from it all to do therapy, is the intensitivity of focused therapy with no distractions, and it compacts the amount of overall time that recovery takes. The disadvantages are that it then requires you to re-enter your world as a changed person and sometimes it is a difficult adjustment for some.
Our aftercare program is available to our clients for life, if they ever need us for anything we are right there. Or if their children need us as well. We are not just shoving our clients out the door, no way. We are walking with them as far as they need us too, we are not that kind of program.
Our programs gradually ease our clients into their regular lives, they have contact information for each staff that was involved with their recovery therapy. We stay tight with our clients, it is not the end , it is only the beginning. We offer a service that we are completely prepared to support forever. We are a highly successful program because we take the time with each client, we become lifelong friends with our clients, they are always valued and supported by us.
We do not have clients who walk away from us and fail, none that we know of anyway. We offer a program claiming to be a solution to their addictions, we take that claim very seriously, we keep the door open and back our claim.
We also have shareholder options exclusively for our clients after they have left our program and have been great for 12 months after their program. And exclusive franchise options for our clients after 5 years of sobriety. These are not offered to anyone else. We only franchise to ex-clients who truly understand our program, and we do not publicly sell shares.
The reason we have included so much new cutting edge science in our program is because today science is bridging the gap between science and human energy. These science programs are not your regular science. They teach us about energy. They have proven that energy is the only thing that exists. We are made up of energy, the whole world is all energy in different forms. That means that we can do, be and have anything that we want. We are the highest form of creation known to man. That takes the victimization out of us.
They can measure thought frequencies. They have proven that what we think about we bring about. It is tied into our visualization and meditation programs as well. Brain and heart coherencies are also proven and measured through science. The science that is taught in our program bridges the gap between science and human consciousness. It is a great and exciting time to be alive.
All of our science portions of the program will leave you in awe of yourself, your world, and your universe. It will empower you and you can control your future, instead of being a victim of the past.
Quantum physics is the study of quantum levels which are too small for us to see. They have proven that when we as humans put our awareness on something, anything really, the thing we look at changes its behaviors. So when we change the way we look at things (in life), the things we look at change. Have a look at our Quantum Physics page for a bit more information.
Please do not be put off by this portion of our program, we have amazing teachers who explain everything in easy to understand terms. We use the teachings of Dr. Fred Alan Wolf (also known as Dr. Quantum) he explains Quantum Physics very well and in terms that are easy to understand. We also use the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr Andrew Huberman, and a few others who are amazing like Dr. Brian Greene and Dr. Neil DeGrasse Tyson, these are amazing teachers who make learning Quantum Physics easy , fun and powerful.
Everything that is taught is directly related to you, and your recovery process. We have a look at how wonderfully powerful you really are, through a proven scientific teaching. You are going to be amazed.
Epigenetics is the study of how the environment affects our biology, by signalling our genes to turn on or off. Epi meaning above the skin and genetics are our genes. We have a little study on how our environment affects our biology, we use the teachings of Dr. Bruce Lipton who discovered Epigenetics. You will never look at yourself or this world the same.
Epigenetics is powerful in recovery because it puts us back in control of our lives. We are not doomed to be just like our parents are, if we educate ourselves about the truth about our genes. Addiction is not passed on from generation after generation as the medical profession would have us believe. It is the lifestyles that are passed on generation after generation that create unhappiness, trauma, insecurity, devastation, resulting in addictions.
We promise that you will be amazed, this is science here, it is proven. It is such powerful teaching about ourselves, that we are actually in control of everything in our lives.
If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We look forward to hearing from you soon,
