Cognitive Restructuring or Reframing

Cognitive Reframing is a psychological technique that consists of identifying and then changing the way situations, experiences, events, ideas, and/or emotions are viewed. Cognitive Reframing is the process by which such situations or thoughts are challenged and then changed. In the context of Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Reframing is referred to as Cognitive Therapy.

We are not just a recovery program, we are a complete transformational program; we help our clients reconstruct themselves into the greatest versions of themselves. Some of the old self has to go, the old self cannot go where you are going, into a new future and understanding. We recreate ourselves through the program, so that all this nightmare is left in the past.

“Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.” Dr. Wayne Dyer
